Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@changetheory.ae . Please include your order number and reason for return in your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
